«Fashion events agency» is the relatively young, but pretty strong and successful tandem of two talented men, whose technology activities vision is significantly different from the existing alternatives. On the one hand, it is a detailed planning and continual control at every stage, on the other - an individual approach and creative execution. All of this is brought to perfection by Artem Sorokin and Andrei Grishin – major people in the fashion studio of feasts.
- There are more than a dozen of various successful events with the "luxury" sign on your account, it is said they are wanted to go, they arerapturously remembered by partners and competitors. And how do you feel about such events when you are not the organizers?
Officially, we constantly take part in various events. It’s unable to deal with the feasts without perceiving them as a part of our life, that is why we are frequent visitors at the events so similar to ours. First of all, it helps us always to be in touch with the latest developments and trends in our field, as well as make new useful contacts and even find talents for the future cooperation.
Many well-known artists, whom we constantly work with, started their career at our events, where they had obtained the first impetus to the development and all that happened thanks to making acquaintances at such events. Among other things, for us, being in the top guest list of the major social events is a kind of the success indicator in this area.
- By the way, your events always have a star status, you know firsthand how to work with celebrities and how to interest the public. What is your secret? And what role is played by the personal communication?
It's not just communication. It is a strong relationship that develops not on one day. Many people are my friends, who relax and travel with me, and there are some people whom I helped myself to succeed.
Interesting this kind of public is really difficult, since the capital get-together is finicky, pampered and nourished fill all sorts of benefits. However, even this fact does not prevent us from making discoveries in the field of Fashion & Luxury and constantly surprising.
In the field of our activities there are luxurious weddings and unusual birthdays, and private receptions, but , perhaps, the greatest contribution to the good reputation of our agency do two our annual projects: «Brand Awards» - in winter and «Fashion people awards» - in summer. Moreover, we even have a traditional ceremony «Friends», which we dedicate to our friends, partners and our shoulder to shoulder workers. People appreciate their remembering and thanking their cooperation, and perhaps, this is one of the secrets of our activities.
- In terms of your dynamic growth in this area, what do you plan to send to the vector of development in the new year?
In the new year, we plan to develop the design direction, as we constantly have to deal with both the development of visual concepts and with the generation of creative ideas altogether, from the logo to the corporate style. In general, any of our events is a unique idea, implemented in every detail.
Today, we have already had enough experience for bringing this activity to a higher level. Also, we plan to start close cooperation with large corporate clients. Thus, we go into another field of activity related to the organization of conferences, forums and other professional events. In addition, the tourism projects, which you'll learn later, are just around the corner.
- Since we are talking about the dynamics of growth, it is necessary to address the question of personnel in your agency. How do you motivate your team?
For us, motivating the agency team is an important issue. We understand that without the right motivation there can be a high probability of failing the project. Therefore, we organize our work on the project so that its members enjoy what they do, come to work on time, communicate with each other relaxed and unstressed, and have a positive general attitude.
- Andrew, you have spent many years working in the restaurant business. How has it reflected in today's your business?
This period brought me not only a great experience, but also a number of projects that have been implemented in the agency. Through this experience, today we do successfully the events for the restaurants of Arkady Novikov Group, such as: «Roni», «Luce», «Barashka", "Aist", "Vodniy", "Nedalniy East" and "Uzbekistan". In our luggage, the project of the 20th anniversary «Novikov Group» is honorable.
Also, now, we have several our own restaurant projects, these are re-branding and consulting and fully independent undertakings that will occur in the near future. Of the realized we have «Royal Bar», «Blanc Cafe», club «Playhouse». In the future, there is the construction of restaurants with the concept of beef bar, but this is a topic for another article.
In general, I can tell you pretty much about the restaurant business, which is reflected not only in my current work, but also shaped my tastes. At the time I graduated from sommelier courses , deeply studied gastronomic delicacy and all parties working restaurant kitchen. Now it has become my greatest passion, and often a source of new ideas.
- According to the logic of the previous answer - sporting events under the auspices of «Fashion events» - this is also, to some extent a tribute to your personal interests?
Yes, of course. The portfolio of the agency has several night golf tournaments, championship of Russia on aquabike, snowmobile race among the stars and that is all a reflection of our own sporting passions. We do not dwell only on these sports, ahead there are plans for activities related to other summer and winter sports, such as snowboarding, skiing, motor racing and more. You know, there is such an appropriate phrase in this regard: "In our age there should be a hobby and it is good, if this hobby is sport."
- Your agency specificity assumes operational management , when you need to be always in the ranks to get the effect and profits. What principle helps you to be on the front line?
First of all, it's continued involvement in every moment, in every detail of the project. For working does not become a routine, it is necessary to delve into all its stages, live it from an idea to its full realization and always to do it with a new approach. Since our work is inextricably linked with the generation of creativity, this very creative is a major engine of our progress. And then, if we do not take into account these principles, the projects will simply become soulless and fall sharply as.
- What's on the agenda in your team? Tell us about your next projects.
Now the primary project for us, is an annual photo calendar. Conceptually it is somewhat reminiscent of the annual photo calendar Pirelli. We take as a basis one topic, which is revealed in each month, with giving leading roles in the pages of this art project to the domestic celebrities.When the product is printed, we distribute it among our partners, and by the logic of our profile, we make the vivid presentation. This calendar has already been worked on by such famous masters as: Roman Kadariya and Vladimir Shirokov , but this year we decided not to bet onthe name ofthe photographer, but on searching for a new talent. Filming has already been completed and now there are just the finishing touches left in order to present the calendar to the public.
